DUST-FREE AND LESS WASTE
While other blast abrasives break quickly during blasting and generate a lot of dust in the process, high-strength FINAL remains form-stable for a long time. As a result, working and viewing conditions improve noticeably and abrasive-related waste quantities and disposal expenses are minimal.
REDUCED BLAST MEDIA CONSUMPTION
Its break resistance is particularly convincing in direct comparison with glass beads or ceramic beads, which are brittle-hard. Thus, users of glass beads with FINAL can reduce their previous blast abrasive consumption to 2-3%.
LARGE AREA PERFORMANCE WITH MINIMAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION
Its long grain integrity allows the user at the same time a safe and simple blasting process with low working and control requirements. The results and performance achieved are very consistent and easily reproducible. FINAL is therefore ideally suited for use in wheel blast machines. High quantities and large area outputs can thus be produced particularly economically and with minimum energy consumption.
